This site will ask you to log in using Auth0 (we recommend using a Google ID). After following the onboarding link or entering the invitation code, you will be guided through onboarding and sent to the validation page.

For Parking App Access:

After onboarding, you will be able to view and retrieve your car using the mobile app. Please take note of which account you use to onboard, as the accounts must match in order to let you access your vehicle using the mobile app.

For EV Charging Access:

You will be asked to provide SmartCar access to your vehicle software - this will allow us to remotely control the vehicle to facilitate EV Charging. Certain EV models are not smartcar compatible, in which case you will only need to follow standard onboarding.
